Over the past 5 years, Amell has dedicated her time to Sustainable Development engagement campaigns, empowering children, adults and the whole community to adapt their lifestyles. This culminated with Amell creating her Social Enterprise "MAINTENANT Sustaining Now" in 2017. MAINTENANT produces educational games, runs corporate and school workshops, and partners with the European Business School to implement a comprehensive sustainability and circular economy curriculum.

MAINTENANT Sustaining Now has grown into an award-winning Social Enterprise and are the proud winners of Best Green Business at the Bromley Award 2019.

Amell says that this achievement is a clear indication that not only is the work they are doing incredibly important but also recognised by their local community and businesses surrounding them. MAINTENANT’s aim is to continue to carry out the work they are doing and help individuals as well as businesses create a better world for all.
